Bocha's, mission is to provide exceptional services for individuals with special needs. Bocha does this by hiring and retaining amazing, highly qualified, and dedicated staff.
Our Team
Our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to helping individuals with special needs and serving our community. With years of experience in the field, we are committed to providing the best possible care to every person we serve. Our owner, Beau Laughlin is the longest practicing licensed and board certified behavior analyst in Maui. He has provided services in Maui and beyond since 2007. Bocha is the premier employer of staff in Maui and Hawaii for individuals with special needs.

Bocha Hawaii provides a range of special education and special needs services. Bocha provides medicaid waiver services, applied behavior analytic and special education services within the Department of Education, including a private alternative education setting.
All of Bocha Hawaii's staff members are highly qualified and experienced in working with individuals with special needs. Our team includes licensed behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, and other highly qualified staff. All staff members receive annual background and credentialing criteria.
Bocha began in Maui and Maui is Bocha's home base. Currently, Bocha serves the islands of Maui, Lanai, Molokai, and Hawaii. If you live on another island please feel free to call.
